Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Account Registration

Age Verification — 21+ Only

gv999 operates exclusively as an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of any product on gv999 — including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, and live dealer tables — is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older.

By creating an Account, you declare and warrant that you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. gv999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple Accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount on eligible games at minimum odds of 1.50 (where applicable).

• Finality of Results: All bet outcomes are determined by gv999's official settlement records. In the event of a discrepancy between what a Player believes the outcome to be and what the Platform's records show, the Platform's records are definitive.
• Void Bets: gv999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, even after the event has settled. In such cases, the stake is returned in full.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gv999. Violation of any item in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate bet outcomes, share accounts, or coordinate wagering strategies in a manner that constitutes advantage play against the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting or "matched betting" using gv999 promotional funds in combination with external platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with gv999 support.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or pricing errors in gv999's products for financial gain.
• Using gv999 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Accessing gv999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gv999 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gv999 Platform — including but not limited to the gv999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gv999 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. gv999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming
